	Wednesday, January 4, 2023 Cake Snack Fuzzy did seem appreciative of his birthday cake. He would... hang out near it. But it was Potato who really enjoyed it as it was meant to be enjoyed: as a chew toy. He gnawed on it all the time, and especially liked the cardboard "wrapper" at the bottom. The icing was made of woven hay, and the cherry on top was a wooden ball tied down with fibrous rope. Potato eventually ate the whole thing. Yep, ate it. We just had to remove the rope and ball from the cage once he chewed it off. It was probably too big to swallow, but we wanted to be extra safe.
