So I usually order a few five-pound boxes at once in order to get the free shipping. And fifteen pounds of hay is large. Pellets are worse in some ways. A large bag of pellets is 10 pounds, and I have to order two to get free shipping... And PetCo's free shipping is Door Dash, so some poor driver has to drag twenty pounds of pellets to our door once every couple of months!
